What You Eat Matters
Food. We can’t live without it. We must eat and multiple times per day. As we eat, day in and day out, do we even notice what we eat? Do we pay attention?
Of course what you eat matters. A diet of cheeseburgers and fries will soon catch up to you in the form of obesity and disease. But what about the other end of the food chain?
Truly knowing your food and understanding the energy it brings to you is important and often completely ignored. We like our meat packaged in plastic and styrofoam. Do we know where that “meat” wa born? Where it was raised? Did it roam or was it stuck in a stall or a cage? What was its life like? What did it eat? How many times was it transported? From farm to feed lot to slaughter house? How much fear and terror is locked in that meat from the life it led?
Everything on this planet is energy. We need the energy from the food we eat. We need to understand the true energy of what we eat and how it will affect us.
Spend this week researching where all of your meat was raised, transported and slaughtered so you can better understand the energy that the food your serve yourself and your family.
