Join Daniela {Growing Up Rooted and Village Roots Collective} and Tonya {Your Dharma Adventure} for an adventure in flavor! We will experience each of the 6 tastes of Ayurveda through teas and tinctures curated by herbalist Daniela and foods curated by Tonya. You’ll complete an assessment to determine your body type according to Ayurveda, then create a meal based on your type.
What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is the sister science to Yoga, an ancient wellness system designed to help your body and mind heal itself. Ayurveda teaches us how to balance our systems and feel better every day and teaches us how to overcome peaks and valleys of stress, emotions and health.

4:30pm: Aperitif Tea Ceremony & Meditation
5:00pm: The 6 tastes and how they relate to body type, sampling each taste
After the sampling, we will create our bowl and practice mindful eating, continue our learning and enjoy community.
